RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

All products are subject to manufacturer return policies.   

Returns must be postmarked within ninety (90) days of the purchase date and in new and unused condition with all original seals and labels attached.  Products that are used, altered or obsolete may not be returned for credit. 

Freight charges for returned product(s) are at the customer’s expense and returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

RETURN PROCESS

You must request a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) Number prior to returning the product. Products without a valid RMA number will be refused from the shipper and no credit will be issued.

REFUNDS

All returns will be inspected prior to processing. Items returned will be issued a refund via the same method in which the item was purchased, minus a 20% restocking fee. 

We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
